Checking In

At this time, I want to first off say that I truly hope that you and your families are well. All of the staff, myself and our families continue to stay healthy. It has certainly not been the spring we had longed for.  As most of you are aware, our office is currently closed on the recommendation of the College of Dental surgeons of BC and the guidance of Dr. Bonnie Henry. I believe that the measures we are taking to flatten the curve are being effective and I look forward to the time when I can continue to provide dental care to each of you.

I appreciate your patience through this uncertain time.  For those of you who have had dental issues, I thank you for your understanding.  It is not easy functioning with a  broken tooth or an irritated gum.  Unfortunately at this time when PPE is limited, it must be reserved for those on the front lines or those with urgent, emergency dental concerns.  I am still available to provide dental advice as required.  I ask that for non-emergency concerns that you leave a message on the office phone or email. I am checking messages every 1 to 2 days.  In cases of emergency, listen to the office message for further instructions. There is no receptionist in the office at this time.

I cannot say when we will be able to reopen, but as soon as we know more we will let you know.  For those of you with booked appointments and/or dental issues that have occurred since we closed, please be assured that we will call you back in the order of priority to reschedule when we have a reopening date.  Moving forward, dentistry may look different for a while, but I know we will get through this together.  During this time we are taking steps to ensure everyone's safety for when we return.  In the meantime, stay well.

Best,

Christine
