Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

With 2019 coming to an end and 2020 fast approaching we want to keep you in the loop with all the happenings in the dental practice!

Our last day in the office before we go on holidays will be December 20th, 2019. We will return January 6th, 2020 for regular business hours. If you do have a true dental emergency within that time Dr. Christine Gaucher can be reached at 250-920-6704.

As many of you have noticed we have implemented a new confirmation system! It seems to be working beautifully. Just a friendly reminder on the way the system works. Two weeks prior to your scheduled appointment you will get an email/text message asking you to confirm. Once you have confirmed by pressing the BLUE button in your email or responding in a text with the appropriate number, your appointment is confirmed and no further action is required on your part. Then two days before we will send out a friendly courtsey reminder that you do not have to respond to. If you are having to cancel your appointment, please contact the office directly and Carla or Sue will be happy to reschedule it for you.

Our lovely CDA and receptionist Tamara will be leaving us for a year! She will be moving to Brisbane, Australia! We wish her all the best in her new adventure and can't wait to see her back at the office!

There are some new faces in our office! Carla (pictured above) will be working reception Monday - Thursdays. 

Don't worry - Sue isn't going anywhere! She will still be working her regular days, Wednesday - Friday. 

Anita is our new CDA who will be hanging out with you chairside Monday - Tuesday.

Dr. Emma Marler and her husband are expecting a sweet baby girl in May 2020! We are so excited to be welcoming a new addition into the dental clan here!
